We worked with PaLm Services in the Spring of 2026. My first impression was a great one as Lot asked a lot of questions and spent time looking around our residence to determine his work plan. As we approached the start date, Lot's communication was excellent.
He would let us know the when and what of the plan ahead of time. He also spent a lot of time taking pictures of our unit before moving items and setting up protective sheeting to make sure nothing was damaged. Each day after the work was complete, Lot would send pictures and videos to let us know what was completed.
He then did a thorough cleanup of the area, not only cleaning up from his work but making sure the condo was clean. He used the pictures he had taken to put all of our items back where they were. And last, but not least, the quality of the work was excellent. We would recommend Palm Services to anyone in need for their services.

I have had the pleasure of working with Lot Uba since May of this year. He was recommended to us through our lawyer, to provide third party inspections on a house we are building. To be honest at first, we were unsure if we needed this extra expense as the project had their own engineer.
