I have had the pleasure of working with Lot Uba since May of this year. He was recommended to us through our lawyer, to provide third party inspections on a house we are building. To be honest at first, we were unsure if we needed this extra expense as the project had their own engineer.
However, Lot has quickly shown how indispensable he is. He is very professional, arrives on time, communicates well in both English and Spanish and has so much knowledge in both project management as well and construction and building.
His reports are very clear and easy to understand. He has incredible attention to detail and is able to identify areas of concern very quickly. He is reasonable and well respected on the job site.
We are very grateful that he has been recommended to us and couldn’t have imagined not having him on ourproject. He is so invaluable, even our contractor has set up a private meeting with Lot to discuss ways to improve the project.
